It is possible that your order has not been completed correctly or you have inadvertently entered your e-mail address incorrectly. Please check first whether the order confirmation is in the spam folder of your e-mail program. If not, please contact us by phone at 02182-6974400 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
As soon as your order has been prepared by us for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a link and your shipment number. By clicking on the link or entering the shipment number in the DHL shipment tracking system, you can track the current status of your shipment at any time.
If you want to make any changes to your order, we would kindly ask you to inform us via e-mail to email@example.com or by phone under 02182-6974400.
shipping & return
Once you have placed the article(s) in your shopping cart, you can calculate the exact shipping costs under the point "Calculate shipping costs to" after selecting the country of delivery and entering the postal code of the city of delivery.

Deliveries to DHL-Packstationen are only possible in connection with DHL shipping. Please make sure the Packstation is registered under your own name. Be sure to include your 8-digit post number and the 3-digit Packstation number. Deliveries to Packstationen are only possible up to a certain size, meaning the outer box must not exceed a maximum size of 60 x 35 x 35 cm.
A DHL return label should be enclosed with your order within Germany. If this should be missing, we would like to ask you to contact us by telephone under 02182-6974400. Please note that returns from abroad are not free of charge. You can send us returns from abroad at your own expense with a shipping company of your choice.
Please indicate the respective number of returned articles in the column "quantity". As we constantly strive to improve the quality of our product descriptions, we kindly ask you to provide the reason for return (e.g. "too small"). Further comments can be written down in the field "Comments". Finally, please enter the return date at the bottom of the form and sign the return form.
Place the unworn shoe(s) in the original shoebox. Put the shoebox(es) into a carton of an appropriate size. Fill out hollow spaces. Enclose the filled out return form. Affix the return label (if provided). Should you use the carton in which you received your order, please make sure to remove old labels! Take your return to the nearest DHL collection point.
payment & refund
As soon as your return has been received and checked, we will create a credit note and refund the amount credited to the account your order was originally paid from. Unpaid invoices/positions of invoices will be cancelled.
In our Rieker-Outlet you have all common payment methods at your disposal. During the ordering process, you have the opportunity to select the payment method you require from a variety of payment options.
For security reasons, a purchase on account is unfortunately only possible if the billing and delivery address are identical.
exchange & complaint
If you would like to exchange an item, we would like to ask you to place a new order and return the unwanted / unsuitable item to us. As soon as we receive the returned item, it will be credited and any payment will be refunded.
If you have a complaint regarding one of our articles, please submit your customer number and the order number in question. Please do not send the goods back. We will ask you to send in damaged articles only in individual cases. Please instead send a maximum of 3 pictures of the shoe and the damages to the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org
